you may wondering...Why this work?...this works because images are powerfull, the images are the better language of brain, it refresh them,...you may see this site for example, all videos and contents are entirely made of images, because these ones "entertain" the brain and facilitate the learning...though words are important also because they contain light within themselves, it always useful mix them with images to guide the person who is interpreting the message what you want to transmit...
The poster are great also and pictures, calendars, anything that lead you towards your goals it is welcomed.
