Sending intention of Rain in California (Stop the fires)

We need to send our love and intentions to California for all the fires that are going on there, they are probably in a state of Emergency and we need to help clear up the skys as well.

If we all start visualizing Rain over the areas that are on fire, maybe we can help.

Shure I will send my vibration in order to rain, but...If they have the technology in house to control the weather, why do not they use that technique to extinguish the fires ...
