Need a little help chest pain

My chest feels like it's really about to explode, and it's getting a little over whelming. I know it's the energies coming into my heart chakra, I'm not sure how to deal with this. Usually the pain doesn't last long but it is really lasting more longer than usual. I also feel shifting happening with my consciousness.

Any ideas to deal with this?

Also i can't explain the shifting in my consciousness i only know it's getting like an extremely over whelming feeling.

Thankyou so much Kerrie, i tried to let everyone know last night that i was feeling better i actually did some of the breathing exercises and they helped. My notebook died on me before i could add the another reply last night. Sometimes i feel like i just want to cry for no apparent reason, also i'm going through alot of emotions. Some days i feel so much love and some days i just feel so angry and frustrated. I'm getting those ups and downs like you said.

Also sound is getting really sensitive to me as well as a few other things that i'm getting sensitive to. I'm getting extremely lighter so i hope that is a good thing. Of course i got the tingling on top of my head and my third eye chakra has been really been alot of pressure for some time now. It doesn't hurt but it's very annoying. I know i should allow that to be and just go with the flow. I'm sure it's going to get extremely intense in the coming months.
