If your in a big city or small town, and have a hard time getting to nature and you feel out of Alignment. If you live by a near by park, lay down in the Grass for 10-15 minutes a few days out of the week. Like me i don't live very close to nature, i have a back yard from my Apartment and that is it, with a few trees so the best way i can figure out to be in nature is lay down in the grass and let your self fall into the earth. This will also help with healing and many other things. I've only done it once and it was very helpful. I plan on doing this as much as possible.
IF your in a cold area make sure you are wearing extreme cold weather gear. If you live in an area where there is no grass I guess you will just have to find a patch of Grass somewhere. IF someone ask you what your doing just say your taking a break and enjoying the feel of mother earth. I wouldn't worry too much from what others say though.

This is something I've been struggling with since I moved back to Chicago. The hardest thing about it is the noise pollution. It's never completely quiet here. The light pollution hurts as well, It never really gets dark and I miss the stars. It's not such a big deal as long as I can go for walks everyday. Beauty is everywhere. Even if my neighborhood isn't the prettiest, there are still some very old and very beautiful trees that emanate the immaculate splendor of nature. They have become my friends whom I look forward to seeing everyday. Walking, taking in what beauty there is, and proper breathing help with living in the city. I just keep with me the vision of living in a beautiful place out in the country with a pond and a garden.
