First DNA Activation Of The New Year !
Greetings dear LoveLights .....
A warm welcome to everyone joining in the first DNA-RNA Activation for this year, which will be on the 12th of each month, maximizing the 12:12 frequencies for 12-strand light DNA ignition and stabilization through this ’12’ year (2019 = 2+0+1+9=12). Thank you all for your presence anchoring and radiating the higher light-encodings with Gaia, as the universal beings of love we all are, and soul-waves to anyone joining in for the first time.
Throughout this year we’re focusing with the vibration of the Threefold Flame of the Heart (and many beautiful sacred geometries of a triune vibration, including the triquetra, triskele and yin-yang-yuan symbols).
The relationship between 12 and 3 (12=1+2=3) ~ to the sacred trinity energy within us and all life ~ facilitates inner access to the fundamental energetic format of creation in perfect harmony with itself and all, which opens the door to the infinite golden ‘Christed Light’ frequency of the 12th Dimension.
This year presents a beautiful amplified potential to accept and embrace this 12D Light into and through the ‘triple light helix’ (which translates through to our 3-4D physicality as the blending of bridging strands of RNA within the DNA double helix (we’ll write about this in more detail soon), and radiate these activations together with Gaia and many loving beings, through the collective energy field.
Begin with breathing deeply into your heart and relax. Breathe into your whole body…and relax…know you are cradled in the LoveLight of Source and countless Beings of Love….cradled in the pure Light of your Soul….connected in every moment with the Heart of beloved Gaia, and with all loving angelic and assisting groups, all the higher dimensional supporting light-grids around the Earth and Solar System.
Feel in your heart how you are bathed, embraced and always supported by the infinite Love of your Soul, your soul families in the higher dimensional layers of Light, by those guiding and guarding the planetary Shift, and the eternal Source of all Life. Deep joy is flowing with this loving group and all who are focusing in many ways for ascension…and with each activation and light-alignment within this Wave of Love.
Focusing in your heart centre, visualize/hold the intention of a Threefold Flame of rose, blue and golden-yellow light within your heart centre, and as you breathe out, let this triple flame radiate outward through your body and aura field. See this Threefold Flame spiral softly into a radiant triple helix motion.
Through this helix comes a shining stream of pure Golden-White Light, flowing from the Heart of Source, through your Heart Star, turning your heart golden as it transforms into an inner Sun, the true spiritual Sun you are….flowing through your whole central channel, into the centre of the Earth, Gaia’s Heart Star.
This shining light fills every double helix of DNA in your body, from the most subtle into the denser physical layers of vibration. Know that specialized strands of RNA are activating as a bridge now, to bring sacred triune (three-as-one) energy through every DNA double helix, naturally opening the way for the highest encodings of 12-strand ascended light-DNA to be received.
This perfect message of transformation in Light is flowing through all the DNA strands within you, and within all life, within the planet and planetary field, resonating with the crystalline DNA~RNA of the New Earth creational energies, converging inner unity naturally, peacefully, easily into this Now.
Breathe…relax…and allow this golden-white Light of Infinite, Eternal Love to fill every atom and molecule in your body; dissolving old limiting imprints, pooling in every cell and strand of your being with frequencies of freedom in love, rebirthing in the pure golden waters of life through Inner Divine alignment.
Every strand of DNA, RNA, the epigenomes and proteins in each cell in your body are bathing in this golden-white light, fully open to accept its divine love frequency…as it flows all around the Earth, activating the New Earth, ascended, original ‘goldenprint’ template of rebirthed creation.
Let your heart open blissfully to this wondrous experience of transformation you’ve chosen to embody, as you align within the ‘providential shift’ vibration of this gentle, powerful light-stream. And send this radiance out to all of humanity, all living beings on and around the Earth, as infinite Divine Love for all Life, knowing that our loving group focus is anchoring light all around this beautiful planet in unison with Gaia and many loving souls working in various ways to bring transformation into the collective energy field.

Message From Mother Mary .....
I come to you today with a message of peace, hope, and tenderness, for as surely as you are the children of the Source, you are my children too. When I walked the earth I knew myself only as a humble woman whose son had a purpose I could barely comprehend. As He grew in his awareness, I listened with respect, awe, and reverence. I drank from the wellspring of love, wisdom, and being that he shared, and yet guided him in his human doings as any mother would.
In my humanity, I could not comprehend the cruelty of humanity in the life of one so loving, yet I trusted there was a greater plan. When he resurrected and looked into my eyes, with the power and force of a Love so strong, I remembered who I truly was... and who we all are truly are. In a way he initiated me into this remembrance and for the rest of my life upon the earth I knew the Presence of God within myself and others as well. As a mother, and a being who now knew the true nature of the Divine, I dedicated myself to praying for humanity to know this love, and I continue this mission from the heavens.
I now experience myself as One with the Love that sources us all. Perhaps because of my role upon the earth, I experience myself predominantly as the feminine aspect of the Divine. I speak to you from the perspective of that awareness. I also appear to mankind from time to time, always speaking in a way that suits the beliefs and spiritual practices of those to whom I appear. There is great purpose in each encounter.
As with all aspects of the Creator, I live within each of you – male or female. As the feminine aspect of the Divine, I live in your tenderness, your care, your compassion, your nurturing. I live in your gentle strength, and intuitive wisdom. I live within the parts of you who wants to birth not only the Divine consciousness in the form or children, but just as importantly, the Divine consciousness within yourself as well.
Call on me to bring the Christ within you to light. I speak to you from a perspective beyond any religious ideology.
Call on me to nurture the Divinity within you into a greater expression.
Call on me to nurture and soothe you when you wish to be more loving, even when you feel you cannot.
Call on me when you want to connect more deeply to the Divinity within.
Call on me dear ones when you need God to come to you in the form of a mother who loves you without condition.
I do not literally ask my son to do favors and grant you mercy, I ask instead the Divinity within yo, the Christ within you, to rise up within you to bring with it the inherent help, mercy, grace, assistance and love that is part of its very nature. I ask creation to support you. I call forth my earthly sons and daughters with whom I feel you would have kind interaction, for although I played the role of the Mother of Christ, now I realize I am one with the mother/father/the source of all.
So are you dear children. I am here for you, regardless of religion or belief, in the form of Mary and in many different forms, to help nurture the Divine light within you into a glorious expansion, in your heart, your homes, and in your life.

Message From Ann .....
Hi Everyone,
That was unexpected. I was in between my gazes last Sunday, when I had the sudden urge to sit at the computer, go into semi-trance and allow the newsletter to come through. Instead of the angels or the Presence that I have been feeling more often, a gentle yet powerful feminine energy began to speak. I recognized her immediately. It was Mary.
For as long as I can remember, my family had a dedication to Mary. There was a beautiful statue of her on my parent's dresser. My grandmother was Mary. My mom is Carol Ann Mary. I'm Ann Mary. A miracle statue of Mary was brought to our church when I was a young child and while praying I felt her presence in my heart in a way that was so profoundly loving it brought tears to my eyes. As part of a school project we made rosaries, and my grandma liked to tell people that she would discover me beneath the covers at night praying the rosary.
My mom's Jewish friends knew Mary was a good Jewish Mother! My mom's catholic friends prayed to her for "intercession." I felt her as a loving and nurturing presence. Since that time I have come to understand how Divine feminine has been embodied in many different forms in many different ideologies, nonetheless, it was always the tender, loving, side of God working to nurture itself in human hearts.
As I grew into the spiritual teacher that I am I have continued to love all beings who embodied the Divine in any form - beyond religion, ideology, or belief. I love nature, and animals, for the very same reason. I don't really talk about Mary much although she's in my heart. So it was surprising to me when a dear friend gave me a little statue of Mary this year, with the message that he felt I shared her compassion for humanity.
I knew there was more to this gift than a statue, so I went home, held the humble statue to my heart and thanked Mary for her support. I asked her to continue to make the Divine light within me strong. I was unprepared for what happened next.
Heat started flooding through the statue into my heart. I felt as if I would burst with a love so nurturing, so profound, and so expansive, that my body could not contain it. I burst into tears and sobbed my heart out. I went zipping through time and remembered a forgotten memory of myself as an infant in my crib crying and crying and crying with no one else around, except Mary. I saw her standing there in spirit next to me. As an infant I was wailing and telepathically begging her, "Don't let me forget! Don't let me forget!" I didn't want to lose my memory of the truth of our being. I saw in this vision how she had telepathically promised to walk each step with me. I knew, beyond intellectual knowing, viscerally, how I had never been without her nurturing presence.
The experience changed me. It deepened me in ways I can barely put into words. It reminded me tangibly how loved, protected, nurtured, we are even in the depths our unthinkably difficult lessons. I remember, tangibly, a little more clearly who we all are – beyond intellect, experientially, in my heart.
Here are a few ways to embrace the love of the Divine feminine this week...
1. As for her nurturing
Most of us learned to think of God as a man. Although most of us have come to understand the Creator as more of a presence, we still hold on to those old ideas of the masculine God.
Imagine for a moment, God was feminine. What form would she take? A beautiful maiden? A nurturing mother? Mary? A goddess? Green rolling hills and verdant trees? Ask yourself... if God were to take the form of a woman, to me, what would she look like? Trust the first image that comes up.
This is your symbol for divine feminine – the nurturing, compassionate, aspect of the Divine
2. Talk to your Divine Mother... & come as you are.
Just as a child would bring all their problems to a loving a mother, we can bring all our challenges and problems to our Divine Mother. Just as a child knows a good human mother will never judge, and can therefore come exactly as they are, we can approach our divine mother without regard to any superficial standard of perfection.
Take time this week to shut your eyes and pour your heart out to the Divine feminine. Ask her to help nurture your dreams, your faith, and your divinity. Ask her to help solve your problems. She cares about you at every level. She is, after all, the nurturing side of the Creator.
3. Share Compassion
Think of one person you really don't like. How can you think about them more compassionately? The divine feminine will help you, and you'll feel that love within you.
How can you be more compassionate to yourself? Try this week :)
May you feel the loving, tender Presence of the Divine feminine this week, and be infinitely blessed by her sweetness.

The Gabriel Message Card for this Week
The Teachers You Seek are Love and Wisdom. They are Within You.
There have been times when I received this card and wanted to shout, That's easy for you to say, I'm asking for help here!
Most days, I can take a breath and remember that this card is really expressing my highest Truth and I need to make the effort to take time to connect more deeply with my heart. After I feel more balanced, I can usually find that still place within that enables me to ask the right questions, which is often one of the reasons I don't have the answers I am seeking.
Over the years I have appreciated working with many different teachers on the physical level. I needed them to show me a new way of perceiving at important times in my life.
All the great teachers I have known have made themselves obsolete by giving me the tools of consciousness that I needed to become more resourceful. However, much of the time I just wanted them to tell me what I needed to know and help me live my life. Giving away my power was common.
Just to be clear, I need inspiration on a daily basis. And sometimes I receive this spiritual food from teachers who are in a physical body.
I find taking classes very nourishing and stimulating at times, and they can jump-start my spirit just when I most need it. I only seem to get into trouble when I lose my sovereignty by believing everything another person says, or thinking they have THE answers for my life.
I have been fortunate to be with a number of teachers who have acted as guides and way-showers for me. Most of them demonstrated what it looked like to live consciously and shared the tools and techniques that helped them reach that state. Some of these tools were helpful and some were not. It was important for me to learn to feel my inner resonance when the teachings applied to me.
When I met my guru in 1977, I was sure that I had met someone who would finally take over the responsibility for my life. It was true that life was very structured in the ashram and I did not have time to think about the world.
But even my guru, a very enlightened being, told us not to be attached to his body because he was only there to give us practices and to raise our consciousness. He said that even though he was providing spiritual food, it was more important that he teach us how to connect directly to God. That way we would be able to take our spiritual practice into the world and help others.
He was very clear that service was one of the most powerful things that we could do in life and would lead to our own Self-realization. I do my best to carry on this tradition.
When I started working with Archangel Gabriel in 1990, it was a new experience to receive my own guidance. It took a long time for me to learn to trust myself.
Archangel Gabriel was very clear that my Higher Self was the most important connection I could create. He taught me that this more enlightened part of myself was aware of my Soul's purpose; that it acted as a gatekeeper to my consciousness, filtering information and guidance so that I was receiving from those sources that were in my highest good.
This new link to my Higher Self was the transformative tool I had been looking for. It took time, however, to create a connection I could trust. Asking for what I needed was part of the key to receiving, as it turned out, and learning to listen.
We all need outside teachers along the way, and I know that my inner guidance has brought me into contact with just the right people at the right time. And there are other ways that we are awakened.
After I ask for assistance, I often have blessed moments when something bubbles up inside me and I feel inspired to inner Wisdom, especially when I am in Nature. There are times when a book will fall open to the answer I was looking for. Sometimes a conversation with a friend will point me in the right direction, or I will listen to a teleconference that really inspires me.
Synchronicity is one of my best teachers right now, and it lets me know I am not alone and my guidance system is working very well.
We are blessed to have so many beautiful way-showers, teachers and healers on the Earth to point the way for us. We are also learning to be very discerning and aware of the inner guidance resonating in our own hearts to let us know what is appropriate for our Soul's experience at this time.
Within us is a voice that knows what is Truth for us, and the more we trust ourselves, the more powerful this inner voice becomes. It is like a muscle that becomes stronger the more we use it. With the empowered Light frequencies available on the Earth now, we have an even greater connection to our Soul and the guidance it is offering. There is Truth and Wisdom within us and we are becoming the teachers, leaders and way-showers demonstrating wisdom and love in our world.
Divine Presence,
Thank you for your ever-present guidance within my life, and for opening the channels to my Highest Self so I can receive wisdom more gracefully. I am so grateful that I am not alone, and your inspiration is there for me, when I take time to listen to my heart.
Thank you for the discernment to know what is appropriate for me at all times, and the resonance I feel within when the guidance is right for me to follow. May I be a clear channel for Love and Wisdom within my being, and radiate that to the world, now and always. And so it is.

Archangel's Gabriel's Message .....
Dear One,
You have within you all the love and wisdom you need to be whole and live in a holy way in the world. Each time you seek outside yourself for these qualities, you find a little more of your confidence and self-esteem slipping away.
This is not to say that you should not seek advice from others. But when this advice is received, there must be a time of reflection before you act on it. When advice is appropriate for you to act on, there will be a sense of resonance within you, a little feeling of rightness, if not a wholehearted Yes!
Sensitivity to this resonance can be developed. Pray to know what is in your highest good beyond a shadow of a doubt, and be willing to act when this knowing is clear. This is taking responsibility for your life, and will pay off in large future dividends as you begin to know the truth within yourself, and act accordingly.
Looking to others for your truth throws your whole body out of balance. Energy moves into the head as you strain to listen only with the mind and not the heart or your gut. The old sayings about gut-level knowing is extremely valuable. This way of knowing goes beyond common sense, to an uncommon sense of what is right for you. No one else can tell you what is right for you. Pray to know your own Truth.
This is a time of change on the planet. Many are finding that the old ways no longer work. Businesses are struggling; so are families, relationships, and governments. It seems the challenges are so large that the answers are unclear.
We can know that if we were enlightened enough in any situation, we would see that there is always an inspired and creative solution. We can affirm and pray for this in the world, as well as within our own lives.
All that goes on in our outer world is often a reflection of our inner world. So when we begin trusting our own answers within, these small steps will lead to leaping bounds in our lives.
We have spoken of the resonance available within when others speak to you of what they believe is correct action for you to take. This same inner knowing is the mechanism to be used when you look to your own inner guidance.
Take the time to stop and breathe, before acting. The breath holds the connection to Divine Guidance. Experience this feeling now, as your energy field expands along with your body when you breathe deeply. Feel your feet connecting to the earth and notice the Pillar of Golden Light bringing energy from above your head to below your feet. As you do this, you become a Bridge from Heaven to Earth.
Now you are ready to listen to the loving Truth and Wisdom within you, and remember your message from Archangel Gabriel for today:
The teachers you seek are Love and Wisdom.
