I practice Reiki on regular basis and on one occasion while I was doing the energy work a thought came to me. I was to use my breath to help clear the pain away. I told the person I was working on “When you feel my breath blowing over you, picture in your mind all of the hurt, the pain, the darkness associated with the afflicted area being carried away deep into Mother Earth where she can dissipate it.”
