Some possibilities come to mind, if our universal energy wave range is peaking equivalent to where it was 26,000 years ago, perhaps there is a bleed through of dimensions happening. Perhaps he/she wandered out of the inner earth area. Most likely, there has been a surviving herd up there in the Ukraine for a very long time.
