Comment by Tiger Lee on July 1, 2011 at 7:05pm: The Dakotas are the safest places right now, and I dont agree with his "alpha" group philosophy, which just seems like another method of control. By method of thumb you want to be as far away as possibly from urban areas, and if you are around anyone hopefully they are other Earth Children, which are in high numbers in the Dakotas. I think the ratio there is 9/per mile. There are no safe areas per se, just "safer" areas. Who is saved is fated; people have already made that subconcious choice already.
