I can't debunk the original California footage of the night-crawlers. I even watched the episode of Fact or Faked where they broke it down and tried to re-create it, unsuccessfully. But the second one in the park seems fake to me. The creatures seem to be sliding on the ground or at least don't seam to be moving on the ground properly, as if it is a CGI. I'd like to see someone look closely at the original footage and see if there is any discrepancy with the pixel sizes.
