The most amazing footage, thanks Anne Tone.

Perhaps benevolent ET technology. Obviously there to suppress the eruption. They're very good at what they do, putting out volcano's and stuff. Also this can be read as peaceful countermeasures by the forces of light against the forces of dark's HAARP warfare on Japan. WW3 is going on but only the aliens have noticed.
