Are you referring to "they" as humans? If you are asking about the GFOL, they will not intervene. They will help us to make the changes ourselves. They only intervene when we are potentially going to cause catastrophic effects that go beyond us. From what I have been able to gather, it seems like there will be a lot of death and destruction in the gulf. People are already opening their eyes, but not enough, and not wide enough. It seems like it will take more horrific things to get people to wake up and change their world around them. They are saying that they will come and help us when enough people want them to. This means that they have to be aware of them, and the love they want to show us first. There are so many people who scoff at that idea still.
