as it the last second too, when zoomed in, i can see sholder movement like a man riding a horse.

When it enters the crowd in the very last second it does seam to be behind the crowd I dont know reflections in that format to explain the image logicly..

don't panic friends, this is just a reflection in the camera. If you look quite a bit behind "the horse" there is another little bright point which follows the camera's and the "horse's" movement exactly. Just a light which got reflected in the lense. Don't forget that the mind just keeps tricking you and maybe we should not search for destruction in every corner. We know that what we look for we shall find  ;-)

Thats spooky. It looks like its been overlayed. It follows with the exact camera movements.

However what baffles me is that it looks just like a man on a fiery horse, and that its been recorded from live tv.

thats some crazy stuff.  Will have to find the original at the news site and see for myself.
