i've experienced insults and attacks too, carolyn.

people who are in denial, in fear or under any kind of mind control react that way....

1. it's paramount you keep yourself protected 24/7.
2. ground yourself.
3. reinforce your connection with your higher self (oversoul) and all that is (god mind).
4. watch your physical, emotional and mental diet.
5. last but not least, i find deprogramming and release work as suggested by the swerdlows, very useful.

I really appreciate Mark Passio. I have some problems with some of what he talks about, but it's irrelevant to the basic messages he gives: pay attention and become AWARE. It actually helped me see that my ex was an abusive narcissist, and cut him off completely. It's helped me with my "bullsh**" meter with other people and speak my mind blatantly with anyone when I hear their communication riddled with fantasy or missing truth and facts.
