There here ready to give the human race a jump in to the future by giving to the human race the technology that they had been robbed of and it was kept from us so we would be kept from from our place in tiime ..The reasons for doing so was to keep us held back to serve the elites needs .The time is know I believe it will be around the first part of January where the world will be given the opurtunity to see that we are not at all alone and then they will make attempts to communicate the true intent for there prescence in our skies so there will be know doubt about UFOs

I like Gilliland too, and the fact that people are having benevolent encounters with et at his ranch there is cool. but as a species we are 2 minutes to midnight, let us deal with et on a more equal footing. We don't have to wait long.

Our time to deal with et's, as a species, will come in 2013. If they come before that, well that is highly questionable.
