hmmm. looking at this still at 2,00 to me it looks like balloons. its alot of balloons yes, but not a ridicules amount. there was an episode of mythbusters where they strung thousands of standard size balloons with helium together to lift a person, anyway the balloons are strung together in this certain way that they form a column of balloons, just as we see here. This surly is just a long string of balloons in red orange yellow and blue and then just red and blue.
