I can say if humanity is to have free energy , which it were robbed of having a hundred years ago when JP MORGON stopped Teslas financing to give the world free energy think how much further humanity could have been .,but if we are to have free energy I guarantee it will not be from a corporation or our Governments they want us to continue to have to be enslaved by something wer have to pay for .So if we are going to ever get the oppurtunity agin it will be pretty much the way this guy is offering wouldnt it be so cool if we the people were given for a simple set of plans and instructions for building our own safe polution free energy device and watch the energy cartel melt away at the hands of we the people
