Besimi did not write the spanish text below the video. When you post a video in the video section, the text that appears is the text that was added when the video was added to youtube. if you go to youtube address for that video you'll see the same spanish words as above. :)

It just say the driver was caught by the tsunami, his/her car floated with hundred of others and she lived to tell the tale. (something like that)
