COULD BE A WELDER WITH AMP SET HIGH OR PLASMA CUTTER COULD ALSO DO IT .The cops and fire dept hate it when I weld at night There have been many times where they had realy thought I involved in creqting some energy weapon very dangerous .. On clear nights it can easily be seen 6 to 7 miles awayplasma cutter can be seen futher than that .Thats what it appears to be Simpleman military has even more exotic welding devices that work with lazer and special metal alloys that have a higher magnesium  content and it looks like little missiles being launched all directions.Or there is a strange experiment underway LOL
