Shapeshifting has nothing to do with the present energy of Light, these entities have sure a lack of that and with the new incoming frequencies they will need all their power to stay in the humanlike body ... trust your intuition, trust your heart stay in your Light ... believe in yourself and the power of Light that is stored in every human body. Use your Power of Light, it may sound to simple, but in fact it is ... We have the Light and they don't :)))
