As shown in this video, every driver who refuses to give the police a blow, even for misdemeanor offenses, is strapped to a table, put into a headlock by a police officer, and their blood forcibly taken.

when I was arrested in my seventeen's I didn't much more used then a piece or two from an outstanding hashcake.. ;-) Okay to make a long story short, I crashed with my car into the car of the bass-player of the band I was playing that time.. Anytime I I ended up at the police station.. where at some time some hospital people came by and asked for my blood.. I refused it ..nobody takes my blood.. my inner voice said no, so I SAID NO.. well it took me a conviction of 850 guilders fine and 2 years of my driving disqualification .. in that time a few cases were known of people get AIDS through the use of old needles!!
