You can read his books which i read years back. I have had simular experiences and just want to say Mr Monroe is an amazing being even if he reemerged. His first book is amazing:: Journeys out of the body by Robert A Monroe.

From what I understand of OBE is that every human being as soon he falls a sleep the soul goes astral, but many people are not aware that they did. What I wonder is, if this Mr.Monroe had more OBE, and if then with the next experience he did not bounced against the ceiling but going right through it... that's what I would like to know...
My experiences with OBE was amazing, the first time I was hanging above my bed and the second time it was as if my feet were still attached to the bed and I had the feeling I hung askew like somebody held my feet ... but yeah the feeling of total liberty is there that is for sure.
