What it means is some people in the military leaked some information out intensionaly as to give the public a chance to a few things aside for who knows what If you put some extra jars of peanutbutter and a couple extra 24 pks of toilet paper a few extra jugs of water even if nothing happens you will use it but just imagine for a moment you did not put a few things aside how well would you fare then .I dont want to be a alarmist freak jumping the gun but its also not right to not let you have the right to decide what to do with this info
