Who will look after this money and where will it be kept? Some people have never KNOWN a bank account in their lives. What about the people that ARE already Millionaires and Billionaires? What is a M 1? What does it stand for? Which Royal family is this? WHO could possibly have that much money to gift every individual.( infant, child, youth, adult and elderly)1 Million. Where does this money come from? SOOOO,,,,, many questions? HUH? Royal families normally do not just meet with anyone, do NOT share riches with commoners nor arrange financial affairs in total openness with strangers.
