Your life is not tomorrow and your life is not yesterday.

Your life is here and now, in this present moment.

Here and now, this moment here is your life, without the stories, you are telling yourself.

You are not the stories you believe about yourself or your life.

You are the being-ness at this moment beyond all stories.

All suffering is a result of living in the past or the future and escaping the present moment.

Accept life as it is here and now, facing each moment as if it were the only one you ever had and you will know peace.
