At any given moment, you are either approaching life as your true divine self which is your Higher Self, or as your lower self which is the ego.

When you choose LOVE which is light, you choose your higher nature or higher self, which is one with God.

But when you choose to live from FEAR which is darkness,

you choose your lower nature or lower self which always believes it is separate from God and sees enemies in everything.
