Your feelings, in and of themselves, are neither good nor bad; they are a guidance system that helps you know what is happening in your consciousness or what you are believing deep within.

Feelings are not bad, and they are not meant to be suppressed, hidden, or denied. They are to be acknowledged and felt because they help you know what is happening within you. Your feelings reveal your beliefs in each moment.

But you needn’t stay stuck in your negative feelings because they are not your destination.

If you make your feelings your abiding place, chances are you will not grow but remain stuck in the beliefs that have caused....+
