You are not a body, you have a body.

You are a divine, eternal spirit who is experiencing or wearing the human body to experience this school called earth.

But the body with its limitations and weaknesses is not who you are and cannot begin to define or contain you.

You are the permanent experiencing the temporary; the infinite experiencing the finite.

Whatever you experience here is for your soul’s growth and expansion, but it is not who you are.

Don’t allow yourself to be limited by the body and live in limitation in your mind.

Expand your consciousness and remember who you really are.

At death, you drop this body, but the real you will continue to exist forever because you are limitless.

Remembering this truth will empower you to tap into the eternal resources of your consciousness and live from that divine state, rather than believing yourself to be a limited being or a victim.

Arise and awaken to your divine nature!
