"Developed with the help of nuclear particle physicists at NASA, Firetoys are proud to bring you the world's first genuine anti-gravity boots. When these boots are powered up via the waist mounted proton pack they are entirely unaffected by the Earth's gravitational field allowing the wearer to walk freely in any direction - be it left, right, up or down.

Initially it is advisable to simply walk horizontally up to 1m above the ground but as the wearer gets used to the unusual floating feeling they can start to climb and descend an imaginary staircase. These boots are ideal for plasterers needing to work on high ceilings and have been used as a replacement for stilts in several walkabout theatre costumes.

In our first day of testing we managed to ascend over 300 feet before losing radio contact with the ground controller and heading back to land. Although fully possible, the use of these boots above 500 feet is not advisable as Civil Aviation Authority aircraft licencing requirements must be strictly adhered to.

A full charge of the proton pack can be completed overnight allowing up to two hours of gravity removal. We do however recommend that wearers remain close to the ground as this two hour limit is approached to avoid any sudden drops back to Earth."
