We are one. All creation originates from the mind of God, and so all is ONE and God is in all.

This means that anything you do to another or intend for another, you do to yourself.

The energy you put out comes back to you as a perfect mirror reflection.

This is why all the great spiritual teachers you have known have taught the golden rule: to do to others as you wish them to do unto you.
