The girl says that they have orders as of Dec 31 to vacate the border premises. Thats not a hypothetical situation. She then goes on further to say what may happen after that.

The video speaks of hypothetical deployments in the hypothetical case of martial law. This is nothing new.
At no point does this video confirm or deny that this is, in fact, going to happen. Only that it might. Again, this is nothing new.
I'm sad to see so many US citizens only now realizing exactly how strictly their border has been regulated, and the sort of power that their authorities wield over them. While I appreciate the shock effect of this message, again, it does not say that this is going to happen.
My gut tells me that, on January 1st 2010, US Border Patrol will be out as usual, people will be crossing in and out of the US as usual, and some will try to illegally cross the border as usual.
Why the sudden panic?
