Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are giving you as much as we can in any given moment, but you can give yourselves everything. There are no restrictions, no limitations, when what you are receiving is from within. Everything that you experience comes from your own energy, the projection of your own consciousness. You are showing yourself what is inside of you when you witness the outside world.
