The destruction or disappearance of military aircraft during interceptions of UFOs has continued in space. "Santa Claus" was the mission code used if sighting a strange object such as a UFO.
"While flying with several other USAF pilots over Germany in 1957, we sighted numerous radiant flying discs above us. We couldn't tell how high they were. We couldn't get anywhere near their altitude."
"While working with a camera crew supervising flight testing of advanced aircraft at Edward's Air Force Base, California, the camera crew filmed the landing of a strange disc object that flew in over their heads and landed on a dry lake nearby. A camera crewman approached the saucer, it rose up above the area and flew off at a speed faster than any known aircraft."

In one of the strangest stories in recent years, former Apollo astronaut and Senator JOHN GLENN made a March appearance on the NBC comedy "Frasier" in which he made following comments. Although many have dismissed them as simple humor because of their context -- one of the most popular comedy's on television -- when you actually watch the program, listen to the words and observe Glenn's demeanor, it becomes much harder to dismiss this as “simple episodic comedy.”
"Back in those glory days, I was very uncomfortable when they asked us to say things we didn't want to say and deny other things. Some people asked, you know, were you alone out there? We never gave the real answer, and yet we see things out there, strange things, but we know what we saw out there. And we couldn't really say anything. The bosses were really afraid of this, they were afraid of the War of the Worlds type stuff, and about panic in the streets. So we had to keep quiet. And now we only see these things in our nightmares or maybe in the movies, and some of them are pretty close to being the truth."

Yeah, SIMPLEMAN, the only thing is that everyone is going to look crazy until something big happens and I do believe that is what we are all waiting for.....irrefutable truth. You think by now our space family would see the huge number of people who are cool with all of this and just come down.....sigh

So the next time someone calls us crazy, then they must be calling these famous and respected scientists, politicians and astronauts crazy also. That will boggle the sleeping brain.
I agree with Simmy, a major sporting event were many will witness. The smoke screen is getting thin, but a mothership in our backyard would be welcome.

Really? In fear of public chaos and panic. I don't buy it. All of us here have seen one. I know tons of others. Is it not that one in four Americans have seen one or know who someone has? And yet one fourth of the country isn't freaking out. I think we can handle the truth.
