According to multiple world leaders, what we experienced with COVID will happen again. It’s not a question of if, but when. A new international treaty for pandemic preparedness and response, according to the World Health Organization, “would be to foster a comprehensive, multi-sectoral approach to strengthen national, regional and global capacities and resilience to future pandemics.”
