e silence you seek in your life is an aspect of yourself, an aspect you remember from other lifetimes you have had. Or rather, lifetimes you are having in this moment, this Now, but a different reality. The peacefulness of compassion, love, acceptance and Being is something every soul have felt at some point, and it is this feeling that creates a longing inside for something other than their current reality.

God, All That Is, is made up of this "Silent, Peaceful matter". The Creator creates from the unified field of silence where all potentials exist. It is from this state, this consciousness that your own creator-skills take place. Go within and seek out this place inside yourself. The outer and the inner does not always seem to match, but the two forever seek to become balanced with each other. Keep moving toward that inner silence, and the outer reality will begin to mirror this back to you.

Things may seem to be chaotic while bringing in your peacefulness, but this is nothing other than a sign that you are right on track. The parts of you that are not at peace can not stay within a peaceful being, so they must come to the surface to be balanced, healed and released. Allow their presence as long as they need, for in your acceptance of the seeming chaos, you bring balance into the imbalanced.
