TAKING TIME...

I see a rainbow up high in the sky
I make a wish and release it to fly
To wing its way to the colours above
To rise high like on the wings of a dove

I see rain drops falling softly down
Falling from an Angel’s crown
I feel refreshed as the rain soaks through
A feeling of a sudden awakening don’t you

I watch the sun rise into the sky
Warming the earth as it rise’s so high
Then slowly it sinks back to the ground
Silently slowly without a sound

I see the season’s come and go
Try to learn all there is to know
Life beginning at the start of the day
Then as dusk comes in we start to pray

Start to see what surrounds us now
Not just when you are feeling low
Look for the light at the start of day
For I believe this is the only way

If you wait until your night time descends
Realise now that life never ends
Then you wont spend your days counting hours
You will have time to smell all the flowers ♥♥-♥♥-
