* Of cloudless climes and starry skies;” *

This well-loved poem by Lord Byron is about a beautiful woman, but for me,
it has always represented Gaia. Do you see the Earth as she dances,
spinning across the starlit sky? Do you see her as she turns from dark to
bright?

The poem goes on to describe her attributes of goodness, serenity, peace
and calmness, implying an elegant, regal nature. Is this not Gaia herself?
