The following is a message for:
His Serene Holiness Joseph XV (of whom we have just heard and send greetings), and any Royalty, State or Military interested in Peace and the generation of Wealth;

The following is a message from the GSF:
"With scarce private resources we have built the Global Settlement Foundation (GSF) to bring honest money that does not appear OR DISAPPEAR into thin air back to mankind."
"We can honestly and categorically assert that the GSF has nothing whatsoever to do with bankers, scammers (or fraudsters of any type) or intelligence (or hugs/mafia of any stripe) from any country.
"The GSF would like similar contact with royalty and top leaders elsewhere and Sovereign Wealth Funds who do NOT want war or at least want honest money.
"The GSF would also like similar contact with any known to be honest common law high level military men who have no recourse to honest money. These men face the prospect of slaying each other - yet again - for the benefit of the orgy of fraud in the last century."

The Objectives of the GSF
In accordance with its Foundation Charter to protect an interest in private property, the Foundation Council of the Foundation hereby proclaims that the objectives of the Global Settlement Foundation are as follows:
The Global Settlement Foundation exists to provide finality of settlement for global trade and the establishment of an accountable (a countable, measurable and deliverable) unit called the Global™ that shall be defined as 0.1 gram of 0.999 fine gold by mass. The prefix for the Global™ shall be G, the symbol GLO™. The Foundation shall, at its discretion establish distinct regional units specialized for the people of that region.
The second objective of the Foundation shall be to establish a global free market and a worldwide cryptographically neutral secure electronic marketplace where tokens that represent any tradeable property can be freely exchanged.
The third objective of the Foundation is to enable the physical lawful processes that enable the creation and movement of goods and people that allow the free market to produce and trade real wealth.

Notes:
1. We note with dismay that Royalty and Heads of State who could, at this time, regain their sacred Honour (Honor) and secure their blood lines are being advised by those who engineered the crisis in the first place. The GSF would like direct PGP contact with the Queen of England, for example. Direct means direct - like a PGP message to the Queen who would have to authenticate her key. We believe that Her Royal Highness knows the truth and would act, if she could, to restore Her Honour and The Common Law. We would also welcome contact from top levels in Japan, China, France, Germany, Italy, India and other regions.
2. We would welcome contact from top religious figures of significant influence. We believe that that His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI too would act to restore Honour and honest money and thus serve That which is holy. Religious heads should be shocked that "money" created by fraudulent conversion is what is in the checking account of their flock.

5. We also have broken the taboo of "waiting on the criminals to act to save us" - we know that this is about as likely as the sun to rise in the west. To sit around and "hope" is the death of liberty.
6. We do not expect relief or justice to emanate from corporate administrative courts or "regulators" whatever their high sounding title. Quo Warranto? When there is no money in circulation, how can you enforce "delivery"? Delivery of what? We can provide a solution under Natural Law that will, in due course, ensure justice is served.
6. The Global Settlement Foundation wishes to allow those who stand at the brink of disaster to back away and resume generating, trading and protecting real wealth.
7. We comprehend that this message and the fact that we exist puts us in danger. We welcome offers of protection. Sovereigns who wish to have the GSF operate a regional Global for their region are welcome to negotiate an operating agreement. Revenues will result, producers will flock to your land, the goddess of liberty will smile and your region will prosper as others fail and plunge into war.
8. A worldwide "on the books" trading program will not solve the fundamental problem of "what is a USD" - or any other token system such as SDRs for that matter. Royalty and Sovereign Wealth Funds who hold large numbers in the checking accounts only hold a liability of that bank to pay an FRN at best, which in turn is a claim against treasury bills and Federal Reserve Gold. A quick look at the total number of FRNs in circulation will reveal how much worth their trillions have. Bank roll trading programs do not produce wealth. "You have been had".
9. Releasing vast quantities of tokens - whatever the type - without a system to ensure that these tokens will generate wealth - will simply cause systemic hyperinflation and mass starvation of those not not fortunate enough to receive them. The limited quantity of FRN cash in circulation is what allows the cash free market to work. We have long held that hyper-inflation via counterfeit FRNs to de-monetize the dollar is a distinct possibility and see recent information that supports this hypothesis.
10. It is clear that the system of "lending to parasites" (a.k.a. big government) and the creation of a system of liabilities that zoom into hyper-astronomical figures with the "oldest note wins" is ridiculous, and is provably not in accordance with Natural Law. The lender is the one who is a fool to lend to the parasite... it can be shown by a simple thought experiment that the current Lead Parasite cannot possibly fulfill its obligations. Besides it can likely be shown that the lenders did not lend - i.e. give up valuable consideration to the parasite - rather, the "lender" monetized a promissory note which is on deposit.
To All Heads of State: "Should the funder of the note be repaid?"
11. Endowments to the GSF to achieve their objectives will be accepted in pure gold. Any genuine offers of endowment with provable non-fraudulently obtained gold with the requisite provenance can make secure contact via Rayservers (see below).
