Nothing that anyone ever does is personal or truly about you.

If you understand that, you will have an easier time navigating this world and the people in it and greatly reduce your suffering.

Everyone experiences life from a ‘first-person’ perspective or point of view.

People including yourself, see the world through their own experiences and belief systems.

This means everyone at some level is only seeing what is in their own minds and not necessarily reality.
