My channelling quest!!!

Today I took my first steps into receiving information from my higher self. I felt a sort of immense energy throughout my body which made it tingle, and feel warm all over. I also observed a weird purple energy looking substance which made different shapes, and seemed to flow smooth as water.

I asked a few questions, and received some answers, but was unable to determine if it was just my imagination putting thoughts into my head, or rather it was my higher conscious answering my questions.

The purple energy substance, I have seen it before at times when I was just meditating to relax. I think the energy has been attempting to communicate with me for sometime now, but I never bothered to listen or begin to understand.

One way I found for me to know that it wasn't just my brain ticking was the energy level I was feeling at the time. Lots of love energy and just vibrating to the core. Congratulations :)

I personally think that it is a one and same thing. Your higher consciousness is you, it is part of you and it is the true you. I have had also sometimes problems to know who is giving me information because I feel so much unity to my spirit guides and other beings that are ME. In my perspective they are my future selves but in deeper knowing they are me.
