Not the Realization How You Fit Into The Cosmos...The Whole...

IT's An Alignment With The Totality..Without The Need To,

Mentally Understand Anything...

A Simple Conscious Realization of I AM

The Realization .....Not as a Concept

A Deeper Sensing Of The LIfe You Are The Aliveness Alive

Their is No Past Or Future..ONLY NOW...

Start Thinking You Are Into The Realm Of The Mind..

Every Thought Is An Object In Consciousness

All Thoughts Have A Pulling Power...IN..

It Does Pull Your ATTENTION

Knowing Their is ONLY This NOW...

That is the Entry Point Into the Realization that I AM..

Which Deeper Than Name or Form..

The Ego-Less State Cannot Be Achieved in the Future..or In Time..

The Ego-Less State Does Not Lie in the Future..

It has Nothing To Do With The Future..

You Cannot Make It Into A Goal....Goal Implies Future..

Because the Very Entry Point Into the Into Ego-Less State,

Or The Enlightened State..Is The Present Moment..

If you make it into a Goal That you Want to Achieve,

You Miss the Entry Point..

Because you are looking to the Future..Because Goal Implies Future

That is the Dilema of All Spiritual Seekers....

You Cannot Achieve it..By Goal and Project it..Away it becomes mine..

You know a Mental Image of Who I Want To Be, Future..

Not Realizing that the Very Search, For to Actualize That Image..

Prevents Them..Anyone From Being It..That Divine State..Now..'

Because the Entry Point is Here...Now...Only..This Moment..

The Ego can Only Be Transcended, Through Accessing the Power

of The Present Moment...No Other Way..

Enlightenment is Only in the Power of the Present Moment..

Give up the Search..It's Already Here..

An Intensity Driving You in The Present Moment...Oh Yeah...

Going into the Present Moment..

and Becoming INTERNALLY Aligned with

THE PRESENT MOMENT..IS NOT A DOING IT'S A BEING..

AN ALLOWANCE OF THE PRESENT MOMENT TO BE..

AND GO DEEPLY INTO IT..

THE INTENSITY OF HOW YOU EMBRACE THE NOW..

NO FUTURE STATE..YOU'RE NOT BECOMING SOMETHING,

THAT YOU'RE NOT NOW..

WE ARE ALL ENLIGHTENED ALREADY..THAT IS TRUE..WITHIN../span>

IN THE DEPTH OF WHO WE ARE..

IN ESSENCE WE ARE ENLIGHTENED ALREADY

NO TIME NEEDED IN THE ESSENCE OF WHO WE ALREADY ARE..

JUST BEING THAT NOW..

YOU DON'T NEED TO ACHIEVE ANYTHING..

YOU JUST NEED TO REALIZE THAT..

WE ARE ALREADY FULLY OF OUR SELF..

DIVINE ETERNAL BEINGS..

Stillness is our Essential Nature..The Inner Space or Awareness,

in which these words are being Perceived..and Become Thoughts..

Without that Awareness, their would be No Perception,

No Thoughts..No World

We are That Awareness..Disguised as A Person..

External Noise..is the Equivalent of Inner Thinking..

External Silence is the Equivalent of Inner Stillness

Just Notice...Silence, pay Attention to it..

Listening to Silence, Awakens the Dimension of Stillness Within Yourself..

Only Through Stillness..that You Can Be Aware...of Silence..
See that in the Moment of Noticing the Silence Around You..

You are Not Thinking

You're Aware But Not Thinking..

When you Become Aware of Silence,

You're Present, you have stepped out of a Millenia of Human Conditioning..

Like a Tree...Deeply Rooted Into Being...

Silence is Helpful..But We Don't Need It, in Order To Find Stillness..

Even when there is Noise..You can be Aware of the Stillness,

Underneath the Noise,

of the Space..IN which the Noise Arises..

That is the Inner State of Pure AWARENESS..

CONSCIOUSNESS ITSELF..

We Can Become Aware of the Awareness..

as the Background to all Sense Perceptions..

All Thinking..Becoming Aware of Awareness is the Arising of Inner Stillness

Drop all Resistance to Noise and Allowing it to be As it Is..

This Acceptance takes You Into The Realm of INNER PEACE, that is Stillness..

Whenever you Deeply Accept this Moment as it Is..

No matter what Form it Takes..

You Are Still..You are At Peace..

Pay Attention to the Gap Between 2 Thoughts..

The Brief Silence Space Between Words in a Conversation

Or the Gap Between the In Breath and the Out Breath

When you Pay Attention to Those Gaps..

Awareness of Something Becomes Just Awareness

The Formless Dimension of Pure Consciousness Arises From Within You..

And Replaces..Identification With Form

True Intelligence Operates Silently..

Stillness is Where Creativity and Solutions to Problems are Found

Stillness is Not The Absence of Noise, and Content....

It is Intelligence Itself The Underlying Consciousness out of Which Every Form

is Born.

How Can that be Separate From Who We Are..?

The Form, Body, We Think We are, Came Out of That..

and is Sustained By it..

It is the Essence of All That is..

Only Stillness Has NO FORM..

When you look at a Human Being or Tree in Stillness..

Who is Looking..the Observer You...!!!! Something Deeper than the Person..

Consciousness is Looking At It's Creation..

When You Look From Stillness Without Thought..

You See The Good In All That Is Wisdom Comes From the Ability

To Be Still Just Look and Just Listen, no more is Needed
