Everything is always perfect!

Q: P’taah you have said that everything is always perfect and I do accept this intellectually, but I still often find it’s easy to criticise myself and the world for imagined shortcomings. I suppose it’s been a lifelong habit that it seems difficult to leave behind completely.

P’taah: Beloved for you and almost everybody in existence!

You can be in the understanding that every negative judgement that you have about things outside of yourself really is a reflection of the fear of not being enough within yourself. So when you get used to this idea, it does not mean that you may condone every aspect of anybody or anything else, eh? It means only to be aware that really everything is perfect.

And when you are in the acknowledgement that you, personally, are an eternal being having a human experience, and that everybody have sovereign right to be who they are, so in this way you kind of unfold in to the broader consciousness, you unfold in to the greater awareness and understanding.
