Love is the energy that powers the universe. It is creative, cooperative, harmonizing, accepting, peaceful, and infinitely powerful. It embraces, it envelops, and it includes everything – all that is.
Hate, on the other hand, destroys, divides, and isolates, causing extremely intense loneliness, desolation, and hopelessness. At its extremity, it collapses, and love floods in.

To allow and to accept is to call in love, which is why relaxation, clearing the mind, and meditating is such an effective and powerful exercise for spiritual growth. It unlocks, or releases your creative abilities, filling you with delight and enthusiasm for life and bringing into your awareness the inexhaustible supply of opportunities available to you during your earthly existence.

When you planned your life, you did so with great joy, great hope, and great wisdom to provide an enormous variety of possibilities for you to explore and experience. Your potential for expansive development is limited only by the limits that you set for yourself. And of course choosing to be human is choosing to experience life in a limited way. But you can change and expand your limits at any time, and as many times as you wish. The more you see them and change them to increase your freedom, the less limiting they become and the freer you become. However, many of you buy into cultural, religious, political, and family restrictions and judgments, and so prevent yourselves from developing as you had planned.

This is unfortunate, as it effectively and very efficiently reduces your area of awareness, and therefore, many of the opportunities that you provided for yourself on your life path pass by unseen.
The purpose of reflection, prayer, meditation is to assist you to expand your awareness again so that you once more appreciate that you have a life path, a direction along which you have always intended to travel and which is why you are on Earth at this time.

As you allow your awareness to re-develop and expand, you begin to notice the incredible changes that are occurring very rapidly on your beautiful planet at this time, for there is an enormous expansion of spiritual growth taking place throughout humanity at present. It has been planned for eons and is now in progress as planned.

Every individual on Earth at this point chose to be here because of this wondrous re-awakening in human awareness of its beautiful spiritual heritage. Even where there is war and conflict, many are deeply aware of the need for a totally different approach – aware not only that a different approach is possible, but that it is happening before their very eyes, even in the midst of the most violent confrontations.

The prayer and meditation of those who are – or who are becoming – enlightened is having an enormously powerful effect throughout the planet, and even those who seem most irretrievably set on a course of violence in their quest for power and control are being influenced, so that their violent intent is faltering as they become enveloped in the new atmosphere of divine wisdom and love that is flooding the planet.

Love is inundating planet Earth as never before, pouring itself abundantly into every human heart so that even those who are acting out of fear and hate will find people responding to them with love and acceptance. Love is racing across the planet like a wind-driven brush fire, consuming all in its path. As was remarked by a character in one of your science fiction movies, “Resistance is futile!”

So relax into it…Become part of it…and be the energy that is changing the world. This has always been your intent, and it will bring you great joy and great peace of mind.
