Huge explosions were reported on Monday evening in Novaya Kakhovka, a city in Ukraine’s Kherson Region controlled by Russian forces. Local sources claimed that substantial damage has been caused to civilian buildings, as a top local official branded Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky a war criminal.
