My previous post was about…. breaking our attachments.
If you want to become Whole, if you want to experience Wellbeing every day of your life then it is about recalling back into you all your “system’s energy”, all that you have GIVEN AWAY.
And this is what HEALING is mostly about, the taking back of what is yours and the desisting using others as an emotional crutch (stealing their energy).
And the same goes for your history. And it matters not whether you are emotionally attached to some part of your history (and your identity) or to some other person. In anything you have given or are giving your emotional energy to, you have leaked, or are leaking the Life Force, elan vital, out of you....+@
