Heaven is a state of being, and it is accessible to you now as you live in the consciousness of oneness and union of God.

God dwells in you, and where God is, heaven is.

This is why Jesus taught that the Kingdom of God is within you and is at hand.

It is closer than your breath for it is within you, your true self, the spiritual self, made in the image and likeness of God.
