Here is the first document out of the first file…, a document from April, 13 1953…, where the beginnings of a “project” called: MKULTRA was talked about and an amount of money was allocated for this project. It is signed by the former Head of the C.I.A. – Allen Dulles!
The page says this about MKULTRA: “Extremely Sensitive Research and Development Program”
You can bet your life it’s sensitive…., it’s all about taking OVER THE MIND of other human beings…., and CONTROLLING THEIR ACTIONS AND THEIR THOUGHTS.
Under COSMIC LAW…, this is an EPIC CRIME ANYWHERE IN THE UNIVERSE …, and carries with it MANDATROY PENALTIES!
Mind Control takes away FREEWILL…, which is given to each Soul by PRIME CREATOR and can NOT be messed with without accruing MAJOR COSMIC PENALTIES.
This “secret project” was an ACT OF TREASON!
The continuation of anything connected to MIND CONTROL is TREASON!
