A helmet covers the stranger's head but the stranger is wearing clothes suitable for water environment rather than space.

Plato, in the "Timaeus" written circa 360 BC., recorded what the Egyptian priests had told to Solon, a famous Athenian reformer and poet:

"there have been and there will be again many destructions of mankind…" and when civilization is destroyed, "you have to begin all over again as children…"

Humanity once again needed assistance and those who descended and helped our ancestors to create civilizations after the Flood, were the ancient teachers from space.

Not long ago, archaeological excavations conducted in the vicinity of Quito, Ecuador revealed remains of a very ancient civilization that predated the Inca.

This unknown civilization left a legacy of colossal architecture and a sophisticated system of trade and communication routes as well as 2,000 pyramids and sunken, polygonal or semicircular in shape, stone structures.

"Originally their ruins were disregarded by Spanish chroniclers and other historians... the various finds and their relative positions point to a rather important and advanced people and it is thought that at one point they may have controlled the very important trade route between the Andes and Amazon and the Pacific coast."

The Yumbos were characterized as peaceful and communicative people, no traces of weapons or wars have been found in the areas of their development," excavations director Nicholas Ntovas explained.

Did the Yumbos carve stone figurines in swimming suits or space suits?

Before the Inca civilization there were others inhabiting the respective areas. Among the biggest civilizations were the Chachapoyas, the Chimú, the Nazca, the Moche, the Caral (or Norte Chico), the Huari (Wari), the Tiahuanaco and the Chavín cultures.

However, the figures we presented in this article have one thing in common. They are dressed in odd suits, which are much too advanced for the people who are supposed to have inhabited the region at that time.

Reported from intellihub a recent report from the African National Congress (ANC) recently turned down a $10B a year disaster management plan offered by the United States to house American citizens who may become displaced in the event that the Yellowstone supervolcano erupts.

The U.S. plan for relocation was formulated after a recent scientific analysis of the park revealed that Yellowstone’s supervolcano has the potential to violently erupt within the next 10-years as noted by others including the famous astrophysicist Michio Kaku.

Scientists have discovered Yellowstone National Park supervolcano is two-and-a-half times larger than previously thought, and it could erupt with 2,000 times the force of Mount St. Helens — a blast that would devastate North America along with Western Canada.

According to the report, “Brazil, Argentina and Australia” jumped on the bandwagon, accepting the request from Washington.

This all comes at a time when wild animals have been reported to be fleeing the park from seismic..., and earthquake clusters in the area have become more rampant.

A full-blown eruption of the Yellowstone supervolcano would dump a 10 foot deep layer of volcanic ash up to 1,000 miles away, and it would render much of the United States uninhabitable. Spewing lava far into the sky, and clouds of plant-killing ash.

Two-thirds of the U.S. could become uninhabitable as toxic air sweeps through it, grounding thousands of flights and forcing millions to leave their homes.

Recent reports of ancient Helium4 gas has breached the surface layers of Yellowstone’s crust,escaping into the atmosphere. Now couple that with the recent and abrupt ground level rise in the park–and we may be looking a mega disaster.

Silently, the Vatican is releasing information about Nibiru entering our solar system and extraterrestrial neighbors who have already met with Vatican officials but they are not telling you everything.
While the mainstream media remains conspicuously silent while detracting our attention to idiotic events such as Justin Beiber's DUI, disclosure information has been slowly leaked by the Vatican, indicating the presence of extraterrestrials on, and visiting, our planet along with an incoming anomaly called Planet X and/or Nibiru.

The Vatican has known about Nibiru for quite a while
In a 1997 interview with Art Bell on Coast to Coast AM, Father Malachi Martin was asked why the Vatican was heavily invested in the study of deep space at the Mt Graham Observatory. Martin replied, “Because the mentality amongst those who are at the highest levels of Vatican administration and geopolitics, know…what’s going on in space, and what’s approaching us, could be of great import in the next five years, ten years.”

Biblical creation story will be challenged
Rev. Jose Gabriel Funes, an astronomer and director of the Vatican Observatory, stated, "Just as there is a multitude of creatures on Earth, there could be other beings, even intelligent ones, created by God. This does not contradict our faith, because we cannot put limits on God's creative freedom."
Still trying to sell the Jesus story
Funes added, "God was made man (sp?) in Jesus to save us. In this way, if other intelligent beings existed, it is not said that they would have need of redemption. They could remain in full friendship with their creator. "
Vatican insider blows the whistle on Secretum Omega and Nibiru
In 2005, a high ranking Jesuit Vatican insider released footage of Nibiru along with documentation from the highest secrecy of the Vatican in a project called Secretum Omega, which was a Top Secret venture with NASA in which a high powered infrared camera was secretly placed into orbit to monitor the elusive "10th planet".
This insider stated:

What I can say is that it was built in the 1990s with the object of studying all anomalous celestial bodies approaching Earth, similar to what the CIA did with one of its "secret eyes," the twin to Hubble, called "SkyHole 12" (a.k.a. Keyhole 12).

Who died for the ET's sins???
The insider went on to say, "The human race must surrender completely to the message of salvation and redemption of Christ, which St. Paul defined as "Kerigma," a message that John Paul II is trying to spread to all nations. Don't you think that the Pope knows how close these events are to us?"

1984 Nibiru article
From an article published in the U.S. News on September 10th, 1984:

Shrouded from the sun's light, mysteriously tugging at the orbits of Uranus and Neptune, is an unseen force that astronomers suspect may be Planet X - a 10th resident of the Earth's celestial neighborhood.
Last year, the infrared astronomical satellite (IRAS), circling in a polar orbit 560 miles from the Earth, detected heat from an object about 50 billion miles away that is now the subject of intense speculation.
"All I can say is that we don't know what it is yet," says Gerry Neugesbeuer, director of the Palomar Observatory for the California Institute of Technology. Scientists are hopeful that the one-way journeys of the Pioneer 10 and 11 space probes may help to locate the nameless body.

NASA acknowledgment of Nibiru
A NASA Press Release in 1992 stated the following: “Unexplained deviations in the orbits of Uranus and Neptune point to a large outer solar system body of 4 to 8 Earth masses on a highly tilted orbit, beyond 7 billion miles from the Sun.” The Vatican's L.U.C.I.F.E.R. Telescope
The Vatican owns some of the world’s most powerful telescopes. One has to ask themselves, “Why?” One particular telescope is called L.U.C.I.F.E.R. located at the Mount Graham Observatory and is an acronym for “Large Binocular Telescope Near-infrared Utility with Camera and Integral Field Unit for Extragalactic Research”. Surely, they know this is not a coincidence.
Speculation infers that the Vatican has these high powered telescopes to monitor biblical warnings such as “Wormwood” aka Nibiru or Planet X:

“And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.” (Revelation 8:10, 11 – King James Bible).

Another possibility is that the Vatican is monitoring extraterrestrial activity and has already made ET contact hundreds of years, which may explain the religious belief in "God", who in the religious texts may be an extraterrestrial and not the ultimate Source or Creator.

Pluto in Capricorn will crush money, government and religion
Pluto entered Capricorn in 2008 and will remain there until 2023. Pluto is known as the "Destroyer" and will destroy everything that is not in humanity's best interests, including money, government and religion.
The last time Pluto was in Capricorn was in the 1700's during the French and American Revolutions. If you look around the world, you will see revolutions in many different countries.
When Pluto entered Capricorn in 2008, we saw the collapse of 100's of banks, with the exception of the "too big to fail" banks, but even those banks will collapse in the near future. These collapses happened right on schedule!
In recent news, we saw a lightening bolt directly hit the Vatican. Does anyone else see the symbolism here?
Even more recent, the new Pope released two doves (of peace), who were both attacked by a crow and a seagull. The symbolism would suggest that there will be no peace found within religion. The gig is up for the "Powers That Were"
You will find master astrologers at the highest levels of government and secret societies because these are the people who know the cycles of astronomy and what each particular energy will bring. For example, American President Ronald Reagan would not sign any document before consulting his master astrologer.
Those who are world leaders and high ranking secret society members know all about the precession of the equinoxes, Pluto in Capricorn and the Age of Aquarius. They know that this facade of economic subservience, control and conformity is coming to an end, yet they continue to work against humanity's best interests while trying to maintain their fading control over humanity.
This includes religion. Religion = subservience, control and conformity, which is the same template as EVERY government. How's that working for the world so far?
They will continue to poison our water, air and food supply because we do not speak our truths. In other words, when we remain silent, we are acquiescing the decisions they make for us, which includes GMO's, fluoridated water, chemtrails, vaccinations, etc...
Time for a reset?
Through the discovery of "out of place artifacts" (OOPARTS), we know that mankind has been here for tens of thousands of years, which contradicts the bible's timeline of approximately 6,000 years.
For example, a well bit brought up a 200,000 year old bronze coin from a depth of 114 feet just outside Chillicothe, Illinois. According to the Illinois State Geological Survey, the deposits containing the coin are between 200,000 and 400,000 years old.
It only takes a few thousand years for everything to completely rust, rot or decay, with the exception of stone buildings such as the pyramids on the Giza plateau. Within 100,000 years, there would be no signs of civilization if a global catastrophe were to occur tomorrow.
How long would it take for decay to bury a coin 114 feet into the ground? Apparently, 200,000 years, so from this evidence, we know that we have been economic slaves for literally, millennia.
Nibiru is said to be on a 3,500 year elliptical orbit. The last appearance of Nibiru may have accounted for all of the "Great Flood" stories told in virtually every religion. Depending on the closeness of Nibiru, it could cause an extinction level event where a reset of humanity is possible. That would explain how an unknown bronze coin could be discovered 114 feet into the ground.
Why does the church fear the Anunnaki?
According to the late Zecharia Sitchen, the Anunnaki created a slave race to mine gold for them which, in turn, was used as a dust to preserve their planet, Nibiru. This is why there is such a great value placed on gold.
The greatest secret never told is how the church has been subservient to their masters... the all seeing eye... the ones who oversee the shadow governments... the Anunnaki. This is the race that has kept us working as economic slaves for millennia.
Not all of the Anunnaki are malevolent. One Anunnaki in particular, Enki, loved the human earth race that was genetically modified in order to mine gold for the Anunnaki.
If Enki returns to Earth, the shackles of economic subservience will finally be broken. This is a frightening scenario for all religions because the TRUTH will be exposed. The story of Jesus and salvation will no longer apply, yet you can be assured, just like every government who is trying to keep us suppressed, the church will do the same for as long as possible.
This is why the United Nations appointed Mazlan Othman, a Malaysian scientist, head of Earth's Office for Outer Space Affairs. Like all sectors of government, the idea is to compartmentalize everything in order to maintain control over the masses. This would not be any better than having the Pope be the official liaison or ambassador to our galactic neighbors.
What the creation story and Zecharia Sitchen fail to tell us
If "God" created man and woman, then why are there so many blood types and Rh values? While it is feasible that the Anunnaki genetically manipulated our DNA to create a slave race, one must ask, "Why are there so many different races, languages, blood types and Rh values?" Surely, if the Anunnaki were to create a slave race, we would all be the same.
This leads us to another possibility: Not only did the Anunnaki create a slave race, but our galactic neighbors also seeded this planet with various races (Pleiadian, Lyrian, Arcturian, Andromedan, etc...) as a galactic experiment to see how we would all get along. The bible has no explanation for this except to try to sell us on the notion that our skin types evolved from the geographical locations of our ancestors, yet it does not address how multiple blood types and Rh values came from two people, Adam and Eve. This is an impossible scenario.

It's all collapsing, right on schedule!
I recently published an article on In5D called, "It's all collapsing, right on schedule!" which shows the correlations between Pluto in Capricorn and how money, religion and governemnt are all collapsing, right on schedule.
Pluto remains in Capricorn until 2023, so in the meanwhile, we will continue to see a collapse of religion, money and government. For those who have been paying attention, this is no surprise but for those who still hold onto religious dogmas and economic subservience, then this will rock their world in a bad way.
If you happen to be reading this article, then please be aware that YOU will need to be a leader when this all collapses. Hopefully, it will be a peaceful transition but chances are, we will take a step backwards before we take a HUGE leap forward in our own personal and spiritual evolutions.
ET Intervention?
Perhaps we will have extraterrestrial intervention beforehand? In an article entitled, "ET's Are Helping With Dimensional Shift," James Gililland stated that it important to practice love and kindness. In addition, we should use prayer, meditation and positive thoughts in allowing the higher use prayer, meditation and positive thoughts in allowing the higher vibrational forces to infuse the planet with these new energies. "If people just set time aside and prayed, set intentions or use meditation to focus on the world you would want to see, love, joy and bliss... and asking these higher dimensional beings for help, then they can come in, according to Universal Law, and assist us even more. If we start asking for help and put the intention out there that we really need help to get through these times, we're going to see some divine intervention that is just going to be incredible. If enough of us ask for help, we can put an end to the tyranny here."
Gilliland added that the Anunnaki, along with other benevolent higher dimensional beings and the Council of 12, are working in unison to bring our civilization and planet into higher states of consciousness.
According to Gilliland, the returning Anunnaki "are very benevolent. They operate under Universal Law and they are calling these fallen ones (the ones who have kept us enslaved for millennia) before the council. They will have to stand before this council and deal with what they have done that was out of alignment with Universal Law. They are also working with the Pleiadians, Andromedans, the Arcturians and the other beings in conjunction together to remove the fallen ones and the Reptilian alliance."
In the near future...
In the near future, we will continue to see a collapse of money, government and religion. There is nothing anyone can do about this as all three will inevitably collapse due to the energies of Pluto In Capricorn. We can expect "The Powers That Were" to continue to suppress technology while poisoing our water, air and food supplies, but even these will come to an end as they are all exposed for what they are: vehicles to keep humanity enslaved.
As a global community, we will rise above this but it will take activism and peaceful non-compliance. You were not born to be a perpetual slave for the 1% of humanity. The world's richest 85 people are now worth same amount as poorest 3.5 billion. It's time for a reset but this time, the reset will be in humanity's favor and the "Powers That Were" cannot do anything to prevent it from happening.

We are all in a major phase of breaking down, breaking through and life changing transformations. Following the spectacular total Lunar Eclipse mid month, and the Grand Cross Alignment which we are now moving through, we have one more phase of this transformational cycle. April 29th brings the New Moon Solar Eclipse.

Leading up to the solar eclipse we can benefit from making an effort to clear out the clutter of our lives (accumulated clutter in our homes, closets, desks, relationships…etc.) so we are truly ready for the new energy and beginnings that May offers. Solar eclipses always occur on a New Moon, creating the effect of a Super New Moon and a powerful time for rituals. The New Moon offers the perfect time for you to stop and think things through, clear your space, speak your truth, and invite the Universe in. The eclipse realigns the earth’s electromagnetic field and our own individual energy field. Eclipses are meant to assist us in deleting old programs and upload new templates of change.

To prepare to work with the earth magick this New Moon Solar Eclipse can offer, you will need the following:

Fresh flowers (red, yellow and orange – sunflowers to honor the earth mother
a plate to put candles on
Any personal objects that bring special meaning to your altar
Citrine, red jasper and carnelian gemstones.
Red, orange and yellow candles
Spring water in a bowl to honor the lunar goddess
Sunflower seeds  placed in a bowl to honor the sun
Incense 
Paper and pen

On the paper write in detail all that you want to invite into your life. Clarity and wisdom will be the gifts from the total lunar eclipse and the Grand Cross alignment. For extra power write with a red pen, as red is the color that supercharges and activates energy. The written word is so very powerful. 75% of what we write down happens when we place focused intention and heartfelt desire. It’s a phenomenon that many have experienced. Writing is a powerful way to focus our attention. The act of writing your intentions and desires on paper sends a strong message to both your conscious and unconscious mind that you are serious and committed to manifesting change.  Working with the energy of the Solar Eclipse New Moon amplifies the power and possibilities available to us. Dreams begin with inspired thought. We need to act upon the inspired thought but must be clear it is coming from the heart. Once we are clear, we must be committed. That means you need to ask yourself, "Have I cleared the path, have I let go of the lesser to make room for the greater"?

To invoke an even stronger connection to your divine self, your dreams and the Universe, prepare an altar using the power of three.

 The Power of Three  - Three creates the sacred symbol of the pyramid, the symbol for fire and the power of the solar energy that comes from the sun. It is the number of passion, creativity, and the expression of a new identity. After you complete your list, pick the three ‘desires’ that most deeply resonate with you. Fold the list towards you and place it under the plate that holds the three candles and three gem stones. 

Light the candles and hold the three gemstones in your hand. Take three deep breaths in, the first opens your heart center, the second breath activates your power center (solar plexus) and the third breath opens the wisdom center (third eye). With purpose state the following:

Dear Goddess…on this mystical, new moon solar eclipse, I AM grateful to the universe to align myself with all the right people and resources that manifest in the immediate now… (state the 3 most important items from your dream list) into my life.

Speak your wishes out loud three times. Do NOT blow out the Candles. Let the candles burn for as long as you are focused. Take the time to sit in stillness and listen for guidance. When you are complete, use a candle snuffer or wet your fingers and pinch the flame out.  Keep your ritual candles in a safe place to again use next month. Save your list and when you write next month’s New Moon list, see what has manifested. You may find that your priorities have shifted or your inpired thought has led to new desires. Keep your three stones with you as they hold the intention of your dreams.

Science Suggests That Humans Are Not Innately Violent And Vicious

Psychological and biological theories of aggression and violence stem from a debate that continues to this day, whether these qualities are innate in humans or not. These contrasting views are found throughout history in the writings of philosophers and scientific thinkers. Many subscribe to the Darwinian idea that violence is at the core of human life, that through competition and fighting to survive, only the fittest of species will move forward, evolve and survive. The purpose of this article is not to examine, dispute or confirm the theory of evolution, it’s to examine the claim that humans are innately vicious, competitive and violent, that these characteristics are burned into our genes.
If we take a look at a child from birth, they are unconditionally full of joy and they constantly want to explore and examine the world around them. Human behavior like racism, violence and competition doesn’t seem to be drilled into the genes of humans, it seems to be a learned behavior, dependent on the environment one is surrounded with. Personally, I believe that humans are not burdened with an innate, viciously competitive nature that is encoded into their DNA from birth, I believe these traits are programmed into us via the environment we are surrounded with.
What evidence can we draw upon to examine this question? Recent research conducted by Stanford University biologists Robert M. Sapolsky and Lisa J found that even wild baboons, which are among the most aggressive animals on the planet are not genetically mandated to be violent. The study provides the very first field evidence that primates can go the peaceful route, and if aggressive behavior in baboons is a result of cultural traits rather than a biological factor, it could provide some insight into the same phenomenon with human beings, given the fact that our genetics are extremely similar. (0)(2) Primatologists usually characterize learned behavior as cultural traits given the fact that they arise independently of genetic factors. Even though these traits arise independent of genetic factors, they can still be passed on to succeeding generations.

One species of chimps, the bonobos, create peaceful communities with co-dominant males and females in charge. Unlike other chimps, the community of bonobos operates not with a violence-driven ethic but an ethic that can be described as “make love, not war.” – Greg Braden

If we look at our mass media, movies and video games, violence is abundantly all around us. For most souls on the planet, violence, war and viciousness do not resonate with them, it just doesn’t seem be natural and goes completely against our conscience. If we were able to compare a human being that was raised in a loving environment with one that was raised in a violent environment, the observed behavioral characteristics would both differ.
Another argument for the position that violence is not built into our DNA is gene plasticity. This refers to the property of individual genotypes, and their ability to produce different phenotypes when exposed to different environmental conditions.(1) Basically it’s the ability of an organism to change its phenotype in response to changes in the environment. A phenotype is the organisms observable characteristics or traits, like its morphology, biochemical and physiological properties, behavior and more. In clear English, our genes are able to change themselves depending on the environment we surround ourselves with. Our entire biology and chemical processes can be changed depending on our consciousness, how we feel and how we perceive the environment around us. This is also demonstrated in multiple placebo studies that have been conducted.
This explanation has been suggested by multiple philosophers and scientists. For example, Thomas Hobbes argued in Leviathan (1651) that humans are naturally violent because of societal laws and their enforcement. He wasn’t the only one, Jacques Rousseau in 1762 hypothesized that the restrictions imposed by society lead to aggression and corrupt behavior. On the other hand, Sigmund Freud would believe that aggressive instincts are an innate quality within human beings.
As mentioned earlier primatologists usually characterize learned behavior as cultural traits given the fact that they arise independently of genetic factors. Even though these traits arise independently of genetic factors, they can still be passed on to succeeding generations.

Science has yet to prove that violence is built into our DNA. In fact, most of the science available suggests that it’s not, that these are learned behaviors given the surrounding environment. Do you really think a baby born in a utopian type world, where there is no scarcity, where everybody’s needs are met, where there is no television portraying violence, and no war, that it would grow up displaying characteristics of violence?
At the end of the day, all of us have a choice. Consider yourself as a tank of gasoline, and pretend that the world is full of matches ready to light you on fire (make you angry). All you have to do is empty your gas, so there is no fuel for the flame. You’re always in control, you always have a choice, you dictate your reality with your thoughts, actions and reactions. It’s no longer survival of the fittest, it’s survival of the most loving. Anger, aggression and other similar qualities are all products of the ego, the mind. Sure, violence and anger are characteristics that can present themselves within all of us, but it’s always our choice.
