When I read this, I said to myself, I know what he’s talking about. I’m often aware of bumping up against a sort of wall, beyond which I will not go.

It would keep me in the realm of the intellectual – ideas only please; no feelings. Am I thereby confining myself to lower dimensionality?

The minute I’m aware of it, I let the belief and feeling go and move on.

By this action of releasing intellectuality, I demonstrate that Michael’s statement (“a defined enclosure within which that mental intelligence is operating … isn’t true, by the way”) is accurate. I can simply drop my pattern whenever I become aware of it.
