this is really cool. I did the first 3 exercises for a while (a year ago) and I really felt better afterwards. But somehow I stopped and now I will start doing it again (all 8).

hmm i gotta admit it looks a little freaky lol! A friend of mine shows me 'tapping' which also looks weird but it does work.
