SUBMITTED AGAIN BECAUSE RICH SANDER OF MUFON NEVER INVESTIGATED! THEY NEVER 'STABILIZED' THE VIDEO, THEY NEVER ANALYZED THE VIDEO! I HAD TO DO THAT!
